Rental Details - UPDATED 3/1/21:

Kitchen - coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dish towels, sponge, soap and basic kitchen items (Provisions include coffee, tea service, creamer and sweeteners). A BBQ with charcoal and lighter fluid is on the back patio. Bring your own food.

Beds - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Full-size pull-out futon/couch for children

Bath - 1 with shower/tub, hair dryer, towels

Patio - charcoal grill (charcoal included) and picnic table with umbrella and trellis

TV - local channels with DVD player (western and recent movie DVDs or bring your own)

Phone - no hardline phone, bring your cell phone (local service is best with Verizon; other phones available in emergency)

Internet - Use your HotSpot, or the Verizon hotspot in The Stablehouse - password provided. An internet café is located in the nearby town of Cobden

Prices (Updated as of 6/1/22)*:

Price is $175/weeknight for up to two people and $200/weekend and holiday nights plus a $40 cleaning fee for each stay. Each additional person is $10/night per person for up to two more. If one or two children accompany the adults, it's $15/night. Dogs are $25 per stay.

Prices include the 11% state and county tax.

Two night minimum is required. For longer stays, prices are negotiable.

Horses (negative Coggins test required for all horses):

A corral and barn with 4 stalls is available for $35/night for the first horse and $20 for each additional horse. Includes shavings. Bring your own feed and buckets.

Well-behaved dogs can visit for $25/stay, with prior approval by the Manager and arrangements agreed upon at time reservation is made. Animals cannot be left in The Stablehouse alone unless in a crate but only for a short time. No animals on the furniture and must be leashed when outdoors.
